Presenting authors should complete their registration by Monday, March 3, 2025.
Lecture Presentations
Lecture presentations will be a total of 20 minutes long (5 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A). For invited talks, the presentations will be 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A).
We request that lecture presenters bring a copy of their presentation on a USB memory stick. You should upload your slides the day before your session at the registration desk during registration hours.
We recommend using PowerPoint. If your presentation includes videos or audio clips, you should create a folder named with your presentation number, title, and date, and save those media files separately. This allows us to download them if they don’t play correctly within the presentation due to file size.
Be warned that movies embedded in the presentations are not guaranteed to be played. In addition, avoid using fonts that are not present in the Windows operating system.
Speakers should arrive in their session room no later than 15 minutes BEFORE the start of their session to report to the Session Chair.
The projectors are designed for 16:9 presentations so the authors are encouraged to prepare their presentations with that proportion. There is not a required template.
VIRTUAL: If you select to attend virtually (during the video submission process), we will play your pre-recorded video during the live lecture session. You can join your presentation's question and answer (Q&A) session via Zoom. This is optional. The Zoom link is for presenters only and should not be shared. In-person presentations will not be streamed via Zoom.

Please note that all finalists of the student poster competition are scheduled in Poster Session #1. This information can be found here: https://2025.ieee-ifcs-eftf.org/student-poster-awards.
Poster Presentations
Poster sessions will take place on May 13 and 15. Each poster presenter is assigned to present on a specific day - presenters are expected to be at their poster during the full session. Assigned poster sessions can be found here:
https://epapers2.org/ifcs-eftf2025/ESR/session_sched_view.php?sched_id=2
The poster time slots are as follows:
- Poster Session #1: Tuesday, May 13 from 15:00 - 17:00
- Poster Session #2: Thursday, May 15 from 15:00 - 17:00
Authors are required to print their own poster and are responsible for hanging up their poster before the start of the session and removing them after the session ends. Materials to hang your poster will be provided. Authors should be present by their poster for questions for the full length of the session.
The usable space on the poster board size A0 in portrait/vertical format (90cm wide by 120cm high). There is not a required template but presenters may use the INSERT TEMPLATE.
Each poster board onsite will be marked with a number that directly correlates with each poster in the program. Please place your poster on the assigned board. Pins and/or tape will be provided.
Virtual poster presenters should not order their poster to be printed, these will be available online only and space has not been allocated for these. There is no live poster session for virtual presenters; you will need to check your presentation within the CONFlux platform to monitor questions.
