Abstract Submission Deadline: December 22, 2024
Papers are solicited for this conference describing original work in the field of frequency control. A maximum of a 2-page abstract should be submitted according to the specifications below.
Each abstract will receive careful review and evaluation by the Technical Program Committee. Evaluation criteria will include originality of the work, contribution to the state-of the-art, and overall interest to the community.
If your abstract is accepted, both in-person and online participants must submit pre-recorded videos of their presentations. This is a requirement for your participation in this conference. These will be uploaded to the CONFlux virtual platform.
We highly encourage authors to have a presenter who is onsite at the conference to present live. Special accommodations will be made for authors unable to attend in person.
Abstract Specifications
Use our templates to meet the formatting requirements below. Your abstract must comply with the following specifications:
- Abstract Length: 2 pages, including figures, tables, etc
Exceeding the 2 page limit will result in outright rejection. - Font Size: Font Size is prescribed in the provided abstract submission template.
- Abstract Size: US Letter (8.5″ x 11″) or A4 (210mm X 297mm)
- Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file. Avoid the use of Type 3 fonts.
- File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf)
- Allowed File Size: 5.0MB
- Do NOT page number your abstract.
- Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.
- Do NOT include headers or footers.
Deviations from the above abstract specifications could impede the review of your abstract and result in rejection.

Additional Information
- IEEE policy requires you to file a copyright release for each accepted submission. Without a copyright release on file, your paper CANNOT be published. Further instructions will be included in your decision email.
- REMINDER: At least one author per accepted submission must be registered at the full conference rate. A full-rate attendee can register up to two papers with their registration. Student, Life Member, and Retiree registrations do not cover paper registration.
- IEEE reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference (including, removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.
- Accepted abstracts presented at the meeting will have their title and author names published in the conference proceedings. The abstract itself will not be published in IEEE Xplore or indexed otherwise. A full proceedings paper must be submitted to be published in the conference proceedings. Additional information will be sent to accepted authors.
