Attendees who select to pay via wire transfer will receive an invoice with payment instructions within 2 business days of completing the registration. Attendees are responsible for covering all bank fees in addition to the registration fees. Payments made via Bank Transfer are non-refundable and cannot be processed after April 12, 2025.

Access to all in-person technical sessions Tuesday - Friday (except for tutorials), plenary talks, invited talks, welcome reception, gala dinner, lunches (Tuesday - Friday), conference breaks, exhibition hall, access to the CONFlux virtual platform, and digital download of the IEEE IFCS-EFTF 2025 Proceedings.
Virtual Registration Includes:
Access to all technical sessions (except tutorials) through the CONFlux virtual platform and the digital download of the IEEE IFCS-EFTF 2025 Proceedings. The IEEE IFCS-EFTF sessions will not be broadcast or live-streamed. Virtual attendees will be able to view presentation/session content and participate in Q&A on-demand ONLY.
Tutorials must be purchased separately. If you want to participate in the tutorials held on Monday, May 12, 2025, please add this option to your registration. The Tutorials Add-on includes access to the tutorial sessions and the recordings of all tutorial lessons. Lunch is included for tutorial participants.

Author Registration Guidelines
An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by March 3, 2025, no exceptions. This paper will also need to be presented at the conference. Abstracts will be listed in the proceedings but only final full-length papers will be published.
In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the conference.
Bank Transfers
If you are paying by credit card, please register directly online through the registration portal. If you will be paying via wire transfer (non-refundable), please fill out the online registration form and select pay by bank transfer. You will then be sent an invoice to submit your payment. Wire Transfers are non-refundable and cannot be requested/processed after April 12, 2025.
Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by April 12, 2025. There will be an administrative fee of $150 USD deducted from each refund. You can modify or cancel your registration using the “Already Registered?” link on the registration site.
Photography
Attendance at, or participation in, this conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by IEEE of the attendee’s image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. No flash photography to be used in any technical session. Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without special prior written permission of IEEE. Please contact the conference manager, Jenna Yockim (jyockim@conferencecatalysts.com), if you would like to request permission to video record during IEEE IFCS-EFTF 2025. Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed. Do not photograph any such images that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary.
